Open the box to see who you're buying a gift for — and don't tell anyone!
🤫 This link is just for you. Keep it secret!
This Secret Santa link is invalid or got cut off when it was copied. Ask the organizer to send it again.
No one yet. Add at least 3 people to draw names.
🚫 Can't draw each other optional
Keep partners, siblings or last year's pairs apart. “Both ways” blocks both directions.
🎄 Budget, date & noteoptional
These details appear on each person's link, right under the name they drew.
Names drawn! 🎄
Send each person only their own link (WhatsApp, text, email…). Opening it reveals just the name they drew. The result lives inside the link itself — nothing is sent to a server.
All in one room? Pass the phone around: everyone taps only the card with their own name, then closes it again. Cards close by themselves after 8 seconds.

Free Online Secret Santa Generator
Draw names for the office, family or friends — fair, private and no sign-up
Skip the hat and the paper slips. Add everyone taking part, optionally make sure partners or siblings can't draw each other, set a gift budget and the exchange date, then hit “Draw names”. The generator gives every person exactly one recipient: nobody draws themselves, and everyone gives one gift and gets one gift. There are two ways to hand out the results. Send each participant their own private link by WhatsApp, text or email, or — if you're all in the same room — pass the phone around and use the secret cards. As the organizer you never have to see who got whom, so you can join the Secret Santa too. The draw uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator, each result is stored inside that person's link, and no names are ever sent to a server. No accounts, no email addresses and no app to install — perfect for office Secret Santa, family Christmas gift exchanges, Kris Kringle or a remote team over Slack.

- Label the gift with the recipient's name only
Frequently Asked Questions
How does an online Secret Santa draw work?
Add the names of everyone taking part (at least 3), one by one or by pasting a list. Optionally add exclusions, a budget, a date and a note. Click “Draw names”, then send each person their private link or pass the phone around with the secret cards.
Can the organizer see who got whom?
No. The results are never shown on screen — you only see the list of names and a link button for each person. As long as you don't open the links yourself, you don't know the matches either. If you really need to, “Show all matches” reveals the full list after a confirmation.
Can someone draw their own name?
No. The draw always produces a match where nobody gets themselves and everyone gives exactly one gift. Your exclusions are always respected too; if no valid match exists, the tool tells you clearly instead of breaking a rule.
How do I stop couples or siblings from drawing each other?
In “Can't draw each other”, pick two people and click Add. With “Both ways” ticked, neither can draw the other; untick it to block only one direction. The same trick works for avoiding last year's pairs.
How do the private links work? Are names stored anywhere?
The code at the end of each link contains only that person's name, the name they drew and the optional budget, date and note. That part of the URL (after the #) stays in the browser and is never sent to a server. Your participant list is saved only in your own browser.
What happens if I need to redraw?
“Redraw” runs a completely new draw. Links you already sent keep showing the old result, so send everyone their new link after redrawing. Ideally, finish the list before you start sending links.
